Friendly staff were a highlight, especially at reception, where they lent an umbrella to guests. The room was comfortable, featuring great air conditioning and a well-placed TV. the dining staff were inconsistent. while some were helpful, one in particular made us feel uncomfortable. Noise from other guests and plumbing disrupted sleep at night.

missingWrote a review on Jul 12well-maintained spacentral positionpopular attractionsnoise disturbance
The room featured a well-maintained spa area, including a steam room and jacuzzi, which were quite relaxing after a long day. The overall central position made it easy to explore the area, with popular attractions just a short walk away.
Upon arrival, we encountered significant noise disturbances from the ongoing events downstairs, which made it nearly impossible to relax in our first-floor room. Despite the room transfer at midnight to a higher floor for better sound isolation, we ended up in a disabled access room with a view of a brick wall and no heating, alongside a few other disappointing features such as a stained shower chair. we experienced issues with breakfast quality, wherein the food was cold and unappetizing, which is far below what you'd expect for the price we paid.
